The first L’Année Hippique was published during the war years in 1943 in Switzerland. In 1984 the Dutch publishing house BCM took over the title and in 2022 they transferred the title to Gijs Bartels. The team of Bartels Media & Events continued L’Année Hippique along with some well-known names from the yearbook’s glory days. The first edition with the renewed team was already a hit, exceeding expectations.
